Overview
A SaaS company needed Power BI dashboards embedded into their customer-facing product. Their existing API layer had performance issues limiting what data could be surfaced, and internal dashboards lacked a coherent visualisation narrative.
What we built
Delivered a Power BI integration solution covering both the internal BI layer and customer-facing dashboards. Identified and resolved API bottlenecks as part of the engagement - unblocking data that wasn't previously accessible. Built a visualisation storyboard that structured insights for end customers. Engagement converted to an ongoing retainer.
