Overview
A client running legacy Spotfire dashboards needed to migrate to Power BI. Beyond replicating existing functionality, the engagement uncovered opportunities to substantially improve the analytical design - simplifying the user experience and expanding what the dashboards could do.
What we built
Led full Spotfire-to-Power BI migration across Phase 2 of the programme. Analysed existing Spotfire data models and visualisations, replicated core functionality in Power BI, and introduced improvements to the analytical design that went beyond the original scope. The client received a materially better product than they had planned for.
